The website www.preranaiq.com and all related services, applications, digital content, mock tests, study materials, rankings, competitions, and educational services (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Service”) are owned, operated, and managed by Prerana IQ.
Access to and use of the Platform, including participation in examinations, competitions, Olympiads, mock tests, and educational activities conducted through the Platform, shall be governed by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
By accessing, browsing, registering on, participating in, or otherwise using any part of the Platform or Service, the user, participant, parent, guardian, institution, or visitor represents and confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, including any policies, guidelines, examination instructions, notifications, disclaimers, or future modifications published on the Platform from time to time.
We reserve the right to amend, modify, update, revise, suspend, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Any such changes shall become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of revised Terms shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.

1. Results shall be determined based on marks obtained in the examination.
2. In the event of a tie or identical scores between two or more candidates, the candidate completing the examination in the shortest duration shall be ranked higher.
3. The decision of the Platform regarding evaluation, rankings, tie-breaking, and results shall be final and binding.
1. Examination fees, subscription charges, registration fees, or participation charges shall be as notified through the relevant notification, advertisement, brochure, webpage, or official communication relating to the respective competition or examination.
2. All payments shall be made through authorized payment gateways or methods approved by the Platform.
3. The Platform shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
1. Prize details, rewards, scholarships, certificates, or benefits shall be as specified in the relevant notification, advertisement, webpage, or competition announcement and may vary from one competition to another.
2. Prize money, if any, shall be remitted only to the bank account of the candidate or such account as permitted under applicable law and platform verification procedures.
3. The Platform reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility before disbursing prizes or rewards.
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:

constitutes intellectual property owned by or licensed to the Platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users shall not:

8. Share Platform content without prior written permission.
By using the Platform, users consent to the collection and processing of information including:
